Juice leaking from underneath and not extracting juice

Sounds like you need to return it, mine don’t do that

Why can you not put pineapple in or grapes

Maybe I’ve not read the instructions on this but I peel my pineapple and put in? It works fine but have never tried grapes.

Are the plastic parts BPA free?

I don’t know but I am enjoying the juicer.🤷🏾♀️
