This product is fantastic we bought it because we tow a caravan , there are just so many modes you can use ,we also took it to Portugal with us for the hire car worked perfectly . Would recommend this product. .

Firstly took hours to charge , and doesn’t hold much charge u need to turn off FM to hear verbal commands, good size and good instructions

Satnav rubbish
Brought this product in good faith, since I received my sniper satnav the battery life only last for 20-30 mins. When it is on charge I could not turn it on to use. Bluetooth did not receive all my phone book and when I tried to answer the calls I received I could not hear the person on the end of the phone. When I got into the maps to set them it showed me the way to go but there was no verbal instructions, I think this unsafe to use as I had to keep looking at the screen to see which junction or turning I needed to take. I have asked 3 friends to have a look at this product they also struggled to operate the device and they all think there might be a fault with the machine as we use satnavs in our employment. This was purchased to take the stress out of driving but it has only caused more stress.

Asks for confirmation af truck dimensions on start up each day.
Bought this as my snooper broke and wanted a cheaper alternative. Very easy to set up. Once truck dimension are in you are good to go. Only criticism is the map doesn't display bridge heights or 7.5t weight limits so you have to trust the route. Having tested it towards a low bridge on a route i know you get on screen and audio warning. Hgv sat nav is good value for money imo as a trucker it does the job.

... say for the money i thought it was really good until ptoblems with software and cable charge
Fantastic piece of equipment that never let me down until someone stole it from my cab. Even better than the Garmin im using now
