This leather rope necklace is awesome! I absolutely love it. It's soft and gentle against the skin and the plastic latch is extremely easy to open and close. The fabric on the rope looks soft, strong, and durable and I believe it will last a while. It is a high quality product and I highly recommend buying one of these. These are so much easier than trying to deal with a metal clasp. It doesnt get knotted up and you don't have to deal with trying to get the clasp just right. I wore it in the snow while.i was shoveling and it was perfectly dry and didn't get wet at all. I will most definitely come back and purchase another one. The length I purchased was a 24" because I like my necklaces to appear outside my hoodie and it's exactly as described. The length is perfect for me, amd I can just pull it over my head to get it on and off and then use the plastic clasp when I'm changing pendants/charms. It's definitely worth the money! I chose mine in black and the color is great. It appears exactly as shown on their page. It's extremely easy to adjust as well so you should definitely give one of these leather rope waterproof necklaces a try! You won't regret it. I'm very happy with my product and it arrived quickly.

I wanted something that wasn't gold or silver and I thought hey what a great idea a leather strap necklace and it is very nice it's rounded and soft against the skin very sturdy and strong. The latch holds very well. And what I like about it the most is that it can be personalized.. it is very lightweight and very durable. The color is black but you can also get brown and it does not fade or anything I have not tried to wear it in water but it's so easy to take off and on that you won't have any problems with that. It's a more sporty look and it is very strong and holds whatever pendant you will want on it. I have a memorial ashes that I wanted to be sure were secure around my neck and the necklace is very secure and strong. This would definitely make a nice gift. Performance: I can tell it's going to last a long time.

Good product

My husband had worn a rope necklace for years. He never took it off. He was in a very serious car accident five years ago and the necklace was the only thing not cut off of him. He then refused to EVER remove it but alas, it finally fell apart. He wanted to replace it but I couldn't find an exact replica. We looked at some (real) leather ones but leather isn't really waterproof and my husband wears these things all the time - in the shower, swimming, on the boat, etc. I saw this one and it specifically stated it was waterproof. I bought the 20" one for him and, if he didn't like it, we would start our search over again. A note: This is waxed rope. Looks like leather but isn't. It should not state that it is. My husband does like it. He wears it with the clasp in front more often than not. I am not sure if that is by design or it just slides around. He hasn't had this cord long enough for me to say whether it will hold up for a long time. I doubt it could outlive that rope one he had. But it serves its purpose and my husband likes the clasp mechanism. I think it looks fine. He does not have anything hanging from it. Just the cord.. It isn't exactly what he wanted but he is content with it for now. If it should break or fray quickly, I update and rerate.

I was looking for a chain for a Native Southwestern American feather I purchased in southern Arizona. I didn’t want a silver chain and this fit the bill. This is solid, looks different from a silver or gold chain and, in fact, looks very good. I would buy again.

I purchased a pendant with a chain that said it was 24" recently. Upon receipt, it seemed shorter (measured and it isn't). But, more importantly, it just didn't work well with the pendant. I went in search of a "rope" style chain that wouldn't cost me a ton of money. I saw some reviews on this one and was like, ok, cool... let's go with this and see how it is. If it doesn't work or whatever, I can return it. Well... no need to return it. It works perfectly with the pendant. ----- EDIT: Update 03/01/26 It seems the leather cord is basically glued into the clasp. It gave out this morning. A little more than 3 months. It's a nice necklace, but not durable. One of my concerns was whether it would be a more relaxed leather or seemingly stiff. It's more relaxed, tightly braided, and just nice in general. For the price, if it experiences wear and tear breakage, it's easy to purchase again. But it seems to be good enough quality that I don't think I'll need to worry with that for a while. I also like that the clasp is all black. I purchased the 26" length and it sits exactly where I wanted it to, while also being able to fit over my melon of a head easily. The clasp is a new style I'm not used to and I actually really like it. I do wish it was available in a thicker size, but I'm not sure the pendant would fit over the clasp if it were.

color was just what I ordered design is great I needed a 3mm necklace to go thru a hole to small for a chain with this one it had the right thickness and the clasp with the strength to hold it in place tis one works great
