Pleased with purchase getting much longer use than a standard battery and longer than the original Dell battery. This my third battery since owning laptop from new. Main used internet research. Word processing and spread sheet accounting. Some YouTube videos. Followed battery initial charging protocols, set charge range to 20%-79% to lengthen battery life.Screen shot shows estimated time left Wi-Fi on, Bluetooth off screen brightest fairly low off laptop idling, in a room with sun flooding in. I have never seen time this high on the two previous batteries even charging to 100%Next test will be how long it lasts.Tools supplied worked fine, but I have experience taking this laptop apart to fit upgrades. Battery connection wires are slightly longer than original, but with gentle manoeuvring the back fitted perfectly. If you are removing the star drive screws for the first time I would advise hexagonaldrive a T5 bit, if scree are tight. On reassembly screws only need to be finger tip tight.

Bought for a Dell XPS 15 9550. It was a third the price of the Dell OEM. I was careful to read a lot of reviews before going for the BND version, needing reliability, and so far I have not been disappointed. It directly dropped in where the Dell battery came out and the only downside was that the connection cable bundle is slightly longer and so goes in less neatly (shown in the close up photo). After following the instructions, fully discharging then recharging, the life after two weeks is excellent. Writing this with 59% remaining and expected 3 hr 26 min remaining. This is better than either of the previous 2 Dell OEM batteries I had before.

My laptop battery was definitely on its last legs, so I decided to give this replacement a go. It arrived promptly and was a perfect fit for my Dell XPS 13. Installation was straightforward, and I had it up and running in no time. The battery life is excellent – I can now get through a full day's work without having to hunt for a charger. It charges quickly and seems to hold its charge well. I've not encountered any issues with overheating or compatibility. So far, I'm very happy with this battery and would recommend it to anyone needing to replace their old one.

I purchased this for my Dell XPS 15 9750, which I have been using for the past five years. The package included screwdrivers, which I appreciate as a thoughtful addition. However, you may require a precision tool set because some screws are difficult to remove. The installation process was very straightforward, and everything looks good. Thank you.

Quick delivery, well packaged. I'm not techie and had to get local computer shop to fit it in my Dell. Holds charge well.

Received the next day. Installed in (literally) 10 minutes. Have been using for 2 weeks and is absolutely fine. Really very pleased as I have a Dell 7280 and love the machine - but a Laptop without a properly charging battery is basically a PC and I travel a lot and need to be able to work where and when I can. And I can do that now !

The free screw drivers are handy if you did not already possess tools in the necessary format. They are exceptionally cheap, but up to the job. I already had the necessary kit so they were neither here nor there for me.Battery life is not graded - come back and ask me in 3 years time.
