I've used these flanges every day for at least the last 6 months. They're still holding their shape and look like new. The plastic is soft and I dont even notice them in my spectra flanges. Have also used them in the new Willow handheld pump and they work good there as well.

Falange sizes super important especially if your looking for great milk out put. I used the bigger sizes if didn’t work until I measured and actually my size was 21 mm so I think I recommend you buy your correct Falange size. This fits my momcozy s12 pro and I also believe it’ll fit momcozy s9. These are also comfy when it’s your correct size. It won’t be as painful. I recommend.

Not a soft silicone. Just a flexible plastic. Does not fit in Spectra 24 mm flanges.

Product helped and worked well with my mom cozy pump. I was disappointed to find that I couldn’t use it with any other pumps I have as usually flange inserts are interchangeable. I’m glad there are 4 inserts, they are very tiny and thinly made so back ups are necessary but they do what they need to do if you use the momcozy pump!

The pump that my wife had purchased did not come with her size. Being first time parents we thought it would be ok. Well we was wrong, it became painful and my wife milk production started slowing.
