Great shocks
Amazing difference in the ride on my 1969 Camaro. For the price they are a great upgrade

Direct fit 1968 Firebird - FRONT
Needed a new pair of front shocks for my recently acquired 68 firebird. No idea how old the ones were that came with the car, but these were a perfect fit to replace them.Installation was a bit of a challenge, but after daisy chaining about 5-6 zip ties together to hold the shock in a compressed state, I was able to maneuver it into position, get the bottom bolts started but not tight, then cut the zip tie 'chain' to allow the shock to decompress.These only come with new fasteners for the top threaded stud, not the bottom ones. The bottom bolts were pretty rusty so I replaced with new grade 8 bolts & washers purchased locally. For my application I needed 5/16" bolts, 1.25" long with a standard thread pitch (18). YMMV, but this worked great for me.
