One month in, so far, so good. Very solid, seems to be very good quality. Really like the "pot-filler" with separate dedicated spray head. Nice and tall, plenty of room to get under it. Excellent flow rate. Strong value. Decent instructions, but annoyingly small. I used anti-seize compound on the mounting hardware.

The media could not be loaded. I recently had new countertops and a new sink installed in my kitchen. I bought this faucet plus 3 others at the same time (all from Amazon), each faucet having varying design features and heights because I wasn't sure what type of faucet would look best with the new countertops and new sink. I chose this faucet and sent the other 3 back because the others were too commercial looking and were extremely large. This faucet is also quite tall and substantial, but not so much that it looks too commercial in my residential kitchen. It's extremely sturdy and, again, very substantial in the hands. It was packaged amazing and arrived with zero damage to the box or to the contents. The water pressure this faucet puts out is UNREAL (check out my video). I am beyond blown away with the quality of the materials and the features this faucet offers for the reasonable price I paid, and I love that the LED colors within the faucet represent the varying temperatures of water that you select when you turn the water on. I love it! If you're on the fence about this faucet, BUY IT. You'll love it!! In addition to the great features, I also received an email from a representative with the seller before I received the package in the mail to thank me for purchasing the faucet and to initiate a line of communication in the event I had any issues with the item on arrival. I am completely satisfied and thrilled with this purchase!

I ordered the GIMILI Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser off Amazon. When installing the faucet, there was a part missing. I emailed customer service at [email protected] and within just a few hours I had a response that they would be mailing the missing part out to me. I was actually kind of shocked that I had a response so quickly! Beyond excellent customer service from this company! I will not hesitate to contact them in the future if I have any issues with the faucet.This faucet is beautiful and I immediately fell in love with it! I love the sprayer, which has extremely strong pressure. I also love that the sprayer reaches all the way down into the sink and is easy to move around. You can run both the "pot filler" and the sprayer at the same time. Pressure is still fairly strong. Overall just a beautiful faucet with multiple functions. I'm so glad I found this faucet and ordered it. The faucet was less expensive than the ones I was looking at at a big box store and, in my opinion, better quality.

So far so good on this facet. Time will tell.Pros: easy install with the right tools, led color temperature (didn't realize how much I would like this feature), i like the height (seems to work well with my sink), separate pot filler that has adjustable water pressure flow setting (love that) you can also turn on and off from here, powerful sprayer, great water pressure, feels very well madeCons: sprayer is not spring loaded and a bit heavy, water pressure is so good coming out of sprayer that it can splash out of sink some.

We love the faucet! It looks sleek and is heavy duty. High pressure nozzle for cleaning dirty dishes as well as the sink. Love the double nozzles, great for filling up pots, pitchers, etc... and the pull down nozzle is great for cleaning the sink. Easy to install. Great value for the money.Customer service is top notch! I had a leak in the nozzle a few months after installing it and went to their website to put in a warranty claim. They responded quickly, within 24 hrs. Our correspondence was real-time. They were responding to my emails as soon as I would respond to their questions about the issue. They shipped the new part to replace it quickly. Of course, with my luck, it started to leak again several weeks later, but as before, they responded quickly and we determined it was the hose leaking so they sent a new hose quickly. No more leak. Fingers crossed no more leak issues, but if there is, I'm confident they will handle it quickly and efficiently and professionally. I would recommend purchasing this faucet because you're definitely getting overall value for the money spent.

Avoid! Not good quality faucet. Installation went good, it looked great, but a a major leak from large hose like line after 2 days of use... Needed to replace immediately and now seeing if I can get some warranty info on it..

Love this faucet! It was easy to install. Having the dual water flowing at the same time is great.

The GIMILI Commercial Kitchen Faucet with a Stainless Steel spring sprayer and double-headed single handle is great faucet to have in the kitchen. The sprayer is powerful to clean food off dishes prior to placing the dishes in the dishwasher machine. In addition, the sprayer and the secondary faucet have strong pressure and lots of water flow while both heads are turned on for multiple usages. Furthermore, the faucet is a solidly made and the elegant design fit nicely for my brand new modern kitchen sink. We love the faucet. The price is a bargain as well.
