You get a lot of leaves for the money and they hold up well outdoors. When you open the package there is an odor but that's to be expected with this type of material. I would open them outside and let them air out over night and they'll be fine.

I use it for my Poison Ivy costume and was easy to pull off the leaves and glue on

When opening the box the vines had a very slight smell to them but nothing to be bothered by. They were perfect for what I needed them for. I will say they get tangled very easily so just be careful when taking them apart to hang.

Both my daughter and my son have wanted live plants in their bedrooms for a long time, but they get no decent natural sunlight which makes keeping plants alive, nearly impossible!When we found this ivy I knew these would add a happy spark and the price is perfection!These come in different sizes, we got the 8 pack 56 ft which is supposed to be split into 8 vines 7 feet apiece, there were a few that looked around 7 feet however several were much shorter, I don't know if my son cut them smaller or if they just stuff the package with enough vines to equal 56 feet, either way, there were a LOT of vines and they went completely around the bedroom.These are fabric leaves with the "vine" portion made of plastic, they don't have wire but they are very lightweight so they could be easily secured with tape, poster tac or thumb tacks.I believe the set for one of my children's rooms was the larger than this set, because the coverage was much thicker in their room. In the photos You can see the pink walled room was where we used the 56 feet of vines, while the room with the mint green, orange and aqua walls are where we used the package with 210 feet and 30 vines.Either set more than covers a good amount of space and as I stated previously the price is great (at the time of reviewing) it was $6.99 for the smaller package and $14.39 for the larger package.I think these blend beautifully depending on what and where you use them, they can be almost indistinguishable against real plants.They are obviously made with less expensive materials, however, this does not affect the overall look or effect of the vines and I'd recommend these for many different things, from parties and celebrations to personal decorating, they are a useful, lovely accent and space filler.I'm rating these as a five star, considering our experience with them, they are easy to put up and take down, they are made well, and You get a lot of them!Thanks so much for taking the time to read this review and I hope it serves to answer some questions or offer some insight! :)

I expected the pack to have a lot more Ivy but it was a sparse pack and not full. The leaves on each strand are too far apart so it doesn't look full at all, even when you bunch a few vines together. It is also very hard to untangle each vine or strand. I needed this to hide the top of a project I am working on but unfortunately, the leaves on the vines were to thin.

Ordered this to use as a doorway curtain for my daughters room as she wanted a doorway curtain but something that was not beads or tinsel.The artificial ivy was sturdy and it's coloring was consistent. It was easy to install on her doorway and hangs beautifully. The ivy strands do tend to tangle slightly on occasion when walking through them, although they untangle easily also.Up close you can tell it is not real ivy, however at a distance of a few feet with indoor lighting you can't really tell. The ivy is pretty looking in either case.Overall, daughter and I are both happy with the purchase.

This would be a great product but the smell is toxic. As soon as we opened the box we began having breathing issues. It smelled like cat urine.

We are converting an area under our deck into a green oasis. It currently houses a half dismantled hot tub. This artificial ivy will form part of the backdrop. It is light weight and decent looking. Does it look like real ivy? I don’t think it will fool anyone but it good for what we need.
