Creatine!
Great price for a commodity that is creatine. I worked in the supplement market and many commodity items are heavily marked up because of greed by the brand. Glad to see this brand isn't. Works exactly as creatine should. If in the market for creatine no need to spend more.Good job Fior.

Seems to do the job
I've only been using this for about a week, so not enough time to see more muscle hypertrophy. But, I do seem to be able to get through my work out easier, as i have more stamina. Also, not as much soreness afterwards. The only complaint so far is that I need to P a lot more often. Like all the time.

Classic creatine
The thing about creatine, at least for me, is that you don't really know you're on it for a majority of the time. I think the only time where I really recognize the fact that I am actively taking creatine is at the gym when I have a good pump going. I've noticed that on creatine, I get huge pumps. For example, on arm day last week I had a bicep pump that was insane and felt like my bicep was going to explode, but in a good way. That being said, it's often difficult for me to determine by physical effects if I'm actually on creatine, and therefore, like other supplements, is difficult to review on it's effectiveness. If I compare this creatine to the container of name brand creatine that I have, it looks the same, tastes the same (no taste, just gritty) and has the same texture. As far as I can tell, it continues to have the same effect on me that staying loaded on creatine does.I will note that the manufacturer, Fior, is based in the USA. According to their website, which is decent, their supplements are entirely made in the US and are third party tested to ensure quality. Personally, I'd prefer a bit more transparency, such as the facility in which the supplements are made and who the "Third Party" tester is. The address on their website is their headquarters and not their facility. I appreciate that you are able to buy right off their website, and they have a contact form so that customers can ask questions. Overall, after doing just a bit of digging, I would comfortably trust this brand. All I would ask is more transparency in manufacturing and testing.

Great for workouts
Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, nurse, physician, or any form of medical practitioner. This review is purely my experience using the product and should not be considered medical advice. Please consult with your doctor before adding this supplement to your routine.Creatine monohydrate is a really important supplement for workouts. I recently decided to get back into shape and found that muscle recovery was brutal. Luckily, this container of creatine showed up on my feed and after some research, I decided to give it a shot.I did notice that my muscles were recovering faster post workout than when I wasn't taking creatine at all, and way faster than with pills. I suppose pills do offer an alternative if you don't like mixing creatine powder in with your drinks; however, if you are sensitive to swallowing pills, they might not be for you. I don't have an issue with this, but not everyone is the same. Having said that, the powder is very easy to take and goes down well without any after taste, and is my preference! Highly recommended!

Seems to be good creatine
Creatine helps your body produce more energy for your muscles to utilize during strenuous exercise. It also hydrates muscle cells, so they're just retaining more water and as a result will be a little larger. It takes consistent consumption of creatine at moderate levels to maintain these benefits. It's pretty difficult to definitively say whether creatine is 'working', aside from a subjective assessment of your energy and possibly measuring your muscle size with and without having used creatine for weeks/months. So, I will say that I feel I have good energy but I'm not keeping tabs on the exact size of my biceps, so I can't conclude if it's enlarging my muscles. I'll assume it's working as intended. This creatine won't completely dissolve (no creatine does) but it mixes just fine, and doesn't have any off flavors, just add it to your protein shake or juice or whatever beverage you choose.

I just wanted Creatine
I supplement creatine every day for a large variety of benefits. I was excited to try this because creatine isn't very expensive to manufacture and package, most companies just upcharge for the brand, but that didn't seem like the case with this brand. Now, I have tasted unflavored creatine every day for years, and even when creatine starts getting old, the worst I've had to deal with is a somewhat tart taste. If someone told me this creatine was actually just ground up plastic, I would completely believe, because for every creatine brand I've tried, this creatine tasted like plastic. And on top of that, I actually started having negative side effects after supplementing with it (brain fog, lingering nausea, and a general feeling like I was slowly getting sick) for the whole week I used it before I threw it away. Maybe I got a bad batch or something, but if there can be a batch this bad, something isn't right with this creatine. I would highly recommend avoiding this brand.
