Cat blessing!...
The measurements were spot on.The cape endings could be a bit more polished as it will be on the back of pet.Nevertheless, my cat looked fantastic. Everyone wanted to share pictures of him. Even the hat (something my cat does not like to use) he tolerated it very well. Very happy with the item.
