Good Quality COQ10
Excellent product by Toniq, a brand I trust and have ordered many supplements from successfully. Tilt head down to swallow
If you're taking 400mg of CoQ10, this is a great option. (A serving is 2 capsules for 400mg.) I felt a difference after a few days with these compared to capsules not containing coconut oil MCT, but maybe it was because the other brand I was using lied on its bottle about dosing and I was only taking 200mg before. Giving it 5 stars even though the capsules are so light that they float. The first time taking them, they stuck to the roof of my mouth while trying to swallow. Have to tilt my head down to swallow them, but I don't mind.

Real value for money in supplements
