Pretty good.
Not sure about the sizing, but a good enough squat belt. No pinching,like I get from my leather 3" belt. I ordered medium, which should be the correct size for a 31" waist /33" gut, but I've almost got it maxed out on how tight it can get, which means I have to reach around to my back for the tail when taking it off.
