I hate using dental floss, so this water jet is a great alternative. The variable power settings are good, but the one-off switch one the handle is very fragile, so use the button on the unit to turn the water jet on and off.

My dentist actually got his phone out and search Amazon to show me which product he thought was best. He wasn’t wrong, it’s great!

It’s a nice neat little unit but I was a bit disappointed as it’s not as powerful as the original machine that it was replacing.

I wanted to replace the old Oral-B Health Centre with a new one. I was sent as I can only describe a non-saleable item. The lid had deep scratches on the surface and had become detached. This had not happened in transit. The explanation from, a staff member was, that a three-pin plug had to be attached to the item and this must have scratched the lid. Why? This was untrue. There was no three-pin plug in the box or on the product. This item should only be used with a Shaver socket, not a three-pin plug! It was not easy to return either. I was offered a £10.00 reduction in the cost price for a sent-out damaged unit that cost me £115.66 with postage. I am now waiting for a full refund after I have returned it via the Royal Mail which again has cost me a further £20.00. I am so offended by this unprofessional behaviour.
