The rubber right around the Valvestam Failed In a place where a patch would not work

These tubes are rotten.
These tubes are no good. Rubber seems to be rotten. Came with 2. Both split on a seam on the tube within a few minutes of being aired up. Tire was inflated to recommend air pressure.
