Cotton Cover and Foam Backing for Domotec etc Steam Ironing Press

Definitely not like the last one I bought which was fitted, this is very thin and you have a string to pull to try to fit it on to the iron plate, and the foam feels inferior. Won’t be buying again. Doesn’t match picture at all which is false advertising !!!!!!!Have sent it back out of principle as the sellers attitude was we sell lots so everyone is happy, great customer care !! (at a cost if £3 odd)Received email from seller after I asked if they received item,‘ You have been refunded’ !!

I bought this as a last ditch attempt to make my Domena steam press usable again - the supplied foam and cover slipped around and made ironing bedlinen a complete pain. I was on the point of giving up, but this has transformed it. No more wet patches and you can move the fabric around on a solid base. Pressing a damp kingsize duvet cover, sheet and pillowcases took half as long and the result is excellent.

We needed to get a replacement cover for our Domotec Steam Press and I found this on Amazon. I was not 100% sure if it was definitely the right one - but ordered it anyway - but it was. My husband fitted it as it was very tight to get on - but I guess it needs to be nice & snug or it defeats the object. Anyway - it does the job and so all is well until this needs to be replaced - but at least I know where to go now.

This item has been cut to the size of the steam press board but haven't allowed any extra material to overlap to tie underneath, it's absolutely useless. I would like a replacement or a refund.

Just what I needed, and a very good fit. So hard to find in shops, so thank you Amazon. Good price ans top quality as well.
