It was exactly as expected. Nice quality and easy to put together. And it looks really nice in our home

Lovely 😍
Easy to put up. Only problem was when holes were already made as a guide, they were off by alot and some screws were to big and broke the wood a bit. Other than that Nox is loving his new home.

POWER DRILL AND OPOSSUM CAGE
UPDATED 12/12/2025: I moved it once after having it built and one of the legs completely broke. I investigated to see if it was my own fault, and it was not as far as I can understand. The top wire- dont let anything be up there because it broke off and I had to put shoelaces to ensure my Opossum wouldnt escape until I can find a better cage at a later time. I am pretty annoyed with these issues. Prior review: The instructions were very difficult to read and the pictures weren't much better. It takes at least 1 handy person WITH A POWER DRILL. or two people fighting about what part goes where. it took me about 3 hours to build. I used this as an Opossum cage and it works well for her. I dont love that the pull out pieces where mess can happen has wood as i fear that over time it will start to have issues but stability wise i understand. Its a medium large size and seems very secure. I wish there was a way to open the bottom right side up more.

Not usable outdoors!
Not usable outdoors! strike 1 star for dishonesty and over promising. It is an elegant design however the issue is with the materials. A single wood stain on very thin cedar is not going to be weatherproof nor sturdy enough and while all the parts are included there is some fit and finish lacking with assembly. There are only a few holes that come piloted, the rest i had to do myself to ensure the wood did not split while securing everything. The ramp for the upper level does not line up with the upper divider cutout, the holes piloted for the hooks are nearly 3 inches off, which is just plain apathy on the part of the manufacturer/seller. The top of the cage panel is only on 2 hinges but there is nothing there to reinforce that stress point. Just the weight of the top panel could easily snap the wood or tear out the hinge screws or both if one was to let go of it. It should also have an integrated support rod, to be propped open securely while you clean out the cage but no, nothing resembling well-thought intelligent design here, just the bare minimum. The slide out tray lock doesn't even sit flush nor does the tray sit flush with side panel, it is protruding by more than ⅛ inch so washers were needed to fill in the gap and it is highly questionable how well that design choice will fair with regular tray cleanings Lastly, the tolerances could be way tighter, as is, things do not line up perfectly and require time consuming micro adjustments during assembly to get everything square and by that point, you can only get so close. It's just an elegant design that looks better than it functions and i would say overall it will serve it's purpose fairly well for it's intended use but for how long is anyone's guess. I would say, not that long, maybe 1 year if your lucky and definitely won't last a few months outside. If you value your money, don't even try that.

Sturdy Rabbit Home
Bought the largest size for my 2 year old lionhead. Shipped same day as ordered, was here 3 days early too! Putting it together was easy with two people, YOU'LL NEED A POWER DRILL!!! Didn't know this so had to borrow one. The printed instruction text was rather unclear, pictures were easier to follow until it got to the part for the inside ramp. Was showing two different illustrations. Anyway, it's sturdy and well made and good size for a bun or two, and it came with a free little hand broom for cleaning!

Save your money and time building
Wood split screwing in wheels without even using power tools like the directions tell you too. The wheels now do not stay in place so I can't even utilize them. Also the wood this product is made from is cheap and can not be used outside as advertised. I wish I listened to the people who said not to buy it. The only good thing about this product is the way it looks. Do not buy.

Absolutely love and will be ordering again
Absolutely LOVE this hutch… bought one and after getting it and quickly assembling, I realized it is exactly how I wished my other bunny hutches were… I immediately order another! Will be buying one more once my preferred model/size is back in stock… soooo easy to keep clean and bunny still has room to move around… would only recommend 1 bunny for this hutch tho… highly recommend… as someone who has 3 other Style hutches.. this is the best option over all… the only adjustment I made to mine was where the ramp was placed… that is just a personal preference to make sure everything fit properly and bunny still had plenty of room
