It works and it’s affordable.
Bought for centrifuging honey samples etc. It’s low cost and basic, but works well. It comes with rubber buffers to put in the bottom of test tube holders, and these are fine for use with round bottom test tubes. I’m not sure if it would work with the conical ended centrifuge tubes though.

Sturdily built, quiet and smooth in operation
This centrifuge is sturdily built and feels reassuringly weighty. It is quiet and smooth in operation and can be set to run in one minute increments up to a maximum of 30 minutes, at 400 rpm increments up to 3,200 rpm. It comes with 6x 20ml plastic test tubes, 6x adaptors in case you wish to use your own smaller containers and 2x adaptors in case you wish to replace the round rotor with an optional accessory rectangular rotor. I bought this to spin honey samples in order to separate out solids such as pollen grains in order to make up microscopy slides. My only criticism of this machine is that the clear plastic lid is just that; there is no interlock to prevent the rotor spinning if the lid is not in situ or to cut the power if the lid is removed while the machine is in use. However, for the price, I'm willing to take the risk.

great
only used a few times. Does the job. Quite heavy, so stored on bottom shelf.
