I find this product very helpful. I was about 10lbs. over weight and I tried this Flat Tummy replacement meal and I liked how I felt along with my weight loss. It’s kind of high price for my budget but at least it worked. Please bring down the price… I’ll be even happier…smile

Definitely works!! I have used it for 2 weeks and the bloat is gone! I am down 6 lbs and 2 inches in my waist! The chocolate is way better than the vanilla. Mix it with almond milk, not water and DEFINITELY not cows milk!! Worse mistake ever!! Makes it way to thick and hard to handle. Use an electric or battery powered mixer to mix it. They blend it way better than a shaker cup. I actually bought the Vortex mixer and that saved the day!! I drink this as a replacement for my breakfast and sometimes lunch or afternoon snack and it has done wonders!!! The price is steep that is for sure, but I got it when it was on sale for $43, so I bought the vanilla and chocolate, so it was like I got it for b1g1 free! I definitely will be buying this again!!! 100% recommend!!

The media could not be loaded.  Don't believe all the other reviews! This shake is delicious 😋 I blend it with 10oz water like it states, 5 icecubes and sometimes a tablespoon on peanut butter. Like all other protein powders, the containers are never full. The powder is compact from shipping movement. I fluffed it up and it looks like the right amount. Also don't pack your scoop, and weigh it to get familiar with proper serving. The taste is chocolate with a little earthy. I like that, doesn't taste super sweet that way and feels healthy. Does send you to the bathroom a few hours later. I'm okay with that though, means it's working my system to flatten my belly 😊 will buy again! Cheaper price than other products I used in past.

I just got around to using this so can't leave review on how well it helps me but omfg it tastes awful. I had to mix in chocolate nesquick to mask just 1Tbs of the shakes taste.

I don’t like that the tub was only half full, but it did state 20 servings. The beginning was rough bc I did experience very painful stomach cramps and gas which lead to me throwing up everything I’ve eaten that day. I use a bullet blender and I will add skinny caramel flavoring, Greek yogurt, water, and heavy whipping cream. I’ve actually GAINED 10lbs in a month of using this shake product. It mixes well for me in the bullet, it’s awful with the mix alone nomatter what you use to a base to mix it with (water, almond milk, etc) which is why I resorted to adding yogurt, whipping cream, etc. i don’t know what I’m doing wrong bc I’ve stopped eating carbs altogether and I only drink water anyways. My diet consist of ALOT of vegetables and lean meats, so the last thing I should be worried about is gaining weight. I think I may try something different before ordering this again. I ordered two tubs of this and when I finish this 2nd one .. I’ll adventure to a different product. I highly believe this is not worth the $60-$80 of anybodys money. There no difference made. It will suppress your hunger but only for so long.

This is only the first day I’ve drank it and I ordered chocolate and strawberry. Chocolate tastes like chocolate ice cream only thick. I mixed with almond milk and drank in the am. About 1.5 hours later soft stool and was cleared out. I don’t necessarily like that feeling but so much fiber it should be expected. Idk if I would buy again but if so stay near a bathroom.

So I was super excited about ordering this and I get it and open it and it’s half full. So instantly I was kinda disappointed because I paid $80 for it. I mixed it with almond milk as directed and you guys, the taste is horrible! It has a chemical/medicine taste almost I tried to blend it with peanut butter and almond milk not as bad but you still can taste that weird nasty taste.
