WOW...the results were amazing, i read so much about floor sealers which are meant to have a shiny finish being a waste of money, well most are as i wasted my money on them but this product is amazing, we used it on our slate floor after re grouting and we truly cant believe the results, without it the floor looked OK but i honestly thought i had wasted my time re grouting the whole floor as the finish on the tiles after using different sealers was mediocre at best, but this little beauty brought out the natural colour of the slate and added a really nice sheen finish which makes the tiles look like new again.Best tips for applying are1.To give the floor a damn good clean first, i used an acid based concrete remover from B&Q(user beware and always use gloves and a mask in a well ventilated room)2. Apply with a paint brush or pad in a thin layer3.DO NOT LET IT POOL ON THE FLOOR or you will end up with white spots on the tile and grout4.Leave the floor for 1 hour before walking on it or applying another coat (we found the bathroom/shower room needed 4 coats to really shine)This floor sealer leaves a milky white film when you 1st apply it which is really useful to see where you have done and where you have not, this will soak into the tiles over approx 1 hour so don't panic, this includes the grouted area also butt obviously the grout will not shine,please check 1st that sealer is suitable for your floor, their web site is easy enough to find which details everything you need to know.HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY our slate floor is better than new just give it a good deep clean first

It’s not cheap, but after 4-months, the finish is still good and there is plenty left over for future coats.I used a paint roller to do 3 thin coats of sealer over 15sqm of blue black slate. It went on with no trouble and the thin coats ensured no pooling or cloudy patches (this was mentioned in a couple of other reviews).

Positives: Looks great and easy to apply. Negatives: Pricey and doesn't go very far. Will need another.

This is as close to a wet look as you can get. Very easy to apply and is lasting very well. It's a few months since application and it still looks great. As its so easy to apply, if it does, start to dull in the future further coats will not be onerous to put down for a refresher

Followed instructions to the letter but the shine didn’t last.Very disappointed and will not buy again. Waited for correct weather conditions and the end result was not worth the effort.Lot of money for a bad end result.

Put this on a slate effect floor tile. Needed 3 coats as it does naturally pool in the dips in the pattern. Each coat makes it look better. Very pleased with the result but more importantly the wife loves it. Phew no need for a new floor.

It’s a bit expensive compared to similar products. Goes on well, and coverage is excellent. Had to buy a similar product as this is no longer in stock. Other than that, great for smaller jobs.
