I think the product is a great alternative for those seeking something with a pleasant odor.However, this first batch I received, one of the jars lids was very loose and the contents were found exposed to the elements with the box flap opened. All the jars Do Not come wit a protective sleeve cover under their lids, so there is no-way to determine tampering of the product! The contents inside the jar consist of a pasty and chunky matter that easily lumps as you collect it from its base. I am not exaggerating these results. I am having a real problem trying to control the application of the product without having to constantly control the application from coming loose while applying it where it needs to go. Upon inspection I didn't see any tampering, but the Freshness and purity of the product is being misrepresented and cannot be taken seriously without proper quality control measures put in place to enhance the experience. The product really didn't seem to be as fresh as it could have been since all the jar lids were loose and I had to re-tighten them all up for storage.As a first impression, It failed safer manufacturing processes; and I am still considering sending it back for a full refund.I have been using it for awhile and it seems like a good product, then again, maybe I just like taking risks..Otherwise, Thanks to Amazon for getting my product here so fast.

Love that this has safer ingredients but a good smell and soft enough to be easy to apply. Put under my nose, it opened my sinuses and rubbed some on my chest to help with congestion. Great product!!

I'm almost afraid to state how well this worked for me in loosening congestion for fear amazon will jack the price up . the first time i used it, i spread it all over my chest and up over my throat (which will really open your nasal passages enough to make your eyes tear for a few minutes). after applying, I fixed a warm cloth (Wool batting works well in creating warmth or a heating pad atop your shirt set to Low) under my top and by morning not only had my chest stopped aching but I was able to actually cough up some congestion.i have used Vicks and the very expensive Puriya Bresthe Ease in the past, but neither of those worked near as well as this one. it has a smoother and more fluid consistency and spreads better than the others as well, and though it may seem a bit pricey, note that you are also getting twice as much as the other products. if you've been disappointed with other products in the past, TRY this product! Anything that helps me breathe easier and sleep longer I will definitely buy again.
