Are the bows different colors or all red?

There is an assortment of different colors of pastel tags and a few red ribbons

How do you make the bow? no instructions, no little piece of paper. Help please. thanks

It's a pull style bow. separate the dove tailed layers and you will see two straight ribbon pieces that you can pull which will gather the bow. then you just use those two straight ribbons to tie your bow to the package

There should be a small slip of paper in the packaging with instructions. You pull the string to make the ribbon form a bow.
