Always wanted an Ulu. It's compact, but it's for real. With just nominal force the user can deliver immense cutting force. Cuts all out of proportion to its size. And they arrive razor-sharp. You'll want to keep it out of the reach of children and klutzes.

I love the design. I love to feel of it in my hands so that would be the ergonomics correct? Lol anyway I loved this. It is sharp. It stay sharp and it’s just wonderful to have in my kitchen for my bread.

Five star blade for chopping. Personally, I would not use it as a pizza cutter because the typical rolling wheel type is easier. I bought mine to make chopped salads. It is the perfect tool. A bonus is the beautiful layered wood on the handle and cradle. One reviewer deducted a star due the wood "fading" in the dishwasher. As a general rule, hand wash all blades, especially those with wood. Others deducted one or two stars because the blade was sharp and could not be thrown in a drawer! I give it 5 stars because it IS a sharp and very attractive tool that comes with its own cradle. If you know how to use and maintain a good blade, then you will not be disappointed. Otherwise, avoid this product and stick to the butter knives that you keep in the kitchen drawer.
