They are on to something!
The vacuum is great, but misses a couple of marks. The motor, powetrain, impeller and airflow are flwalessly designed and the machine delviers a lot of suction power. Motor sounds great while delivering the work. Plastic is shiny and cheap. I wish they would have gone for the fibre enforced matte meterial that powertools usually come in. Downsides are that the exhaust ports are designed the wrong way around... the suprisingly high speed exhaust is blown upwards, directly into the users face. It's tolerable, but it clearly is a design flaw, since the stream could have also been directed downwards. ...coming to think of it, maybe its not a flaw but a feature - a downward air stream would maybe disturb the material that needs vacuming. Another downside is the quality of the attachments. Especially the pointed nozzle with slide-down brush does not properly arrest the brush in any position. Also, the rubber flap one-way-valve keeping debris in the dust chamber was not properly installed on mine. I just had to tighten the screw a little more to correct that though. All in all a great little shop/car/furniture vac if you already have the batteries (same model is available for most common battery systems). If you check in a couple of times, you can have luck to get it with a coupon for ca. thirty bucks - which is amazing. For fourty it is still well worth it.

Works okay but there are some drawbacks.
It tends to turn itself off while in use and has to be restarted. It only runs a short while before it turns off. It's not easy to replace the clear cover as underneath there is a slightly raised area that doesn't fit well into the slot so even though it may have the top raised area securely into the slot, the cover pops off while in use. Not the best design. What I really like is the filter and how it fits into the clear barrel. I have a MUCH more expensive handheld vacuum that is more labor intensive to keep clean so this little cordless has some good designs. The suction opening without using the tools needs to be more directly onto the floor to actually pick up items so it could use more of an angled opening but the power seems to suck items up well. Lightweight, easy to use and has lots of storage for debris before having to be cleaned. The biggest drawbacks are how difficult it is to keep the clear barrel on after cleaning and the motor shutting off during use. It does its job but I would not buy another one and will look at another brand in the future to replace this one. This was a good 'starter' vacuum so I know what to look for design wise when I purchase another brand.

Do not buy.
Have had since January 2025 for RV and the accessory broke during first use. The vacuum motor stopped working after 3rd vacation (each vacation was 1 week each). I would return if I could.

Worth the price!
This vacuum is just what I was looking for. My Makita batteries work great. It has strong suction and the best part, regular vacuum brush attachments fit, no problem. The batteries out last my previous car vac. The only draw back is the air exhaust blows back in your face while using it. I wish the manufacturers had the exhaust blowing outward or forward. Other than that I am very satisfied with this purchase

Potent and affordable, however, TERRIBLY DESIGNED exhaust ports blow air right in your face!
I have a bunch of Makita 18-volt batteries, and I was looking for a hand vac with decent accessories and extension wands for accessing hard to reach places in my workshop. This little vac fit the bill so I decided to go ahead and purchase it. The overall construction quality of the vac, the quality of the two included filters, and for the price, the quality of the attachments have all met or exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the performance of the vac is quite impressive with suction that rivals larger vacuums that I own. For a small vac, the unit is quite the powerhouse. The only downside I have found, and I feel it is a significant and completely annoying downside – is the fact that the exhaust ports on the vac direct a powerful, voluminous stream of air directly in your face at virtually all times during use of the vacuum. On one hand, you don’t have to worry about the exhaust blowing dust/debris around from the area you are vacuuming because all of the air volume is being directed RIGHT BACK IN THE FACE of the operator. In my opinion, this is a significant and substantial design flaw that makes using this otherwise great little vacuum something that I do not look forward to at all. In fact, it almost defeats the purpose of having this vacuum as a convenient cleanup tool in my workshop environment because the problem is so pronounced that I shy away from using it. On cold days, it’s even worse having that cold air coming right back at you. If not for the issue with the exhaust, and at the current price of around 46 bucks, I would have seen this as an awesome vacuum that would have been approaching five stars. Unfortunately, the exhaust issue is a deal-breaker for me making this vac borderline miserable to use. The design should never have made it to production for the public. I’m going with three-stars on this vac. Fix that exhaust issue and the vac would be a great product.
