Pros:- I bought the 12m roll, and it had enough to cover 3 walls of a double room and 2 walls of my rectangle living room- It's quite easy to cut with a scissor, as long as its sharp, no need for a knife (Tip: when doing edges, dont cut it at a 45 degree at both the starting and ending, but just cut one of the ends and cut it diagonally so it just sits on top of the other end, see my first picture of how i cut the end to fit the other corner end)- sticks easily to the wall quickly, but also allows you to readjust if you stick it wrong initiallyCons:- I did buy a small width trim as i eventually had to go around a wall socket in another room, as this size would be too big, but that's not really a con, just something to bear in mind if you have to do similar.Conclusion:Ignoring the dirty skirting board (redecorating the house since we recently bought it), it blends easily with my skirting board, and you can't tell that its made from rubber. I would recommend this and I wish i bought it sooner for my previous house.

It fitted what it needed to fit, looked good and nearly a year later is still stuck on Sonos durable and lasts. Really easy to use but SUPER sticky and just be aware it might not push right up into a corner and you might want to cut and do two pieces. Good value finish for a home office refurb.

Great item, very flexible and fits where it's placed

It does not stick well. It gathers dust and dirt in the gaps that dont stick. It looks cheap and was a real hassle to use!It made my expensive finished hallway looking like it wasnt finished properly. Dont buy this.. i will have to replace it! But it was not cheap to do the whole hallway..and obviously cant send back because you have to try and use it to find out that it doesnt work !!!

Found it easy to use did the job I was looking for but was not really sticky as had to use some extra glue with it.
