Q: Is this fabric flame retardent or flame resistant?

It's polyester, so I would say it is not flame resistant.

Q: Could I hot glue and/or spray glue this to something without the adhesive seeping through the material?

I used spray adhesive, just dont go too heavy with the spray as the material is a bit thin and might bleed through

hi there, we have no idea as measurements vary. you'd have to ask an upholstery specialist. the fabric is approximately 58 inches wide and the length is determined by how many yards you purchase. 1 yard would be 58 x 36, 2 yards would be 58 x 72, 3 yards would be 58 x 108 and so on.
