This one of the few independent printer cartridge providers that provide non brand cartridges that work FULLY with my branded printer; in this case an HP ink jet. Because they use original HP cartridges you get the low ink warning which is missing from the majority of other independent supplier. Plus one does not get the annoying "This cartridge is not an original HP cartridge", etc.Secondly, the price for the XL version of the cartridges is better than the price for the standard branded cartridge...so more ink for less.Thirdly, when there is a fault wit a cartridge (which is very, very rare) there is 24 hour support available via online chat, which is friendly & efficient. Used it today; explained the issue & what I had tried to do to resolve it, sent in a scan of the print problem, via the chat. Great purchase, work really well in my hp inject wireless printer

When I tried the first of the two inks my printer wouldn’t accept it, however the second one did. Great customer support and they quickly supplied two new cartridges.Ver6 happ6 with my purchase.

I recently purchased a couple of twin-pack 301XL. The cartridges arrived promptly, well packaged in neatly branded boxes, with instructions, and each cartridge in the standard semi-transparent grey packaging you would expect them to be in.Unfortunately, one of the supplied cartridges was defective. However, after only 90 minutes of email chat a new cartridge was on its way to my front door.I have rarely had such prompt and courteous service. It has been a pleasure to do business with Smart Ink and I will continue to use them in the future.

Initially one of the cartridges stopped working after about 20 pages printed but Customer Service team sent me a replacement which I received following day. I have not tried the replacements yet because second cartridge from initial order - I have ordered twin pack - is working fine. Glad to see great service on the Smart Ink side, verry happy with the product, great value for money. Definitely order twin pack not to be left short if you should end up in situation like mine.

I had issues with one of the cartridges and I had dropped an email to Smart Ink customer support and to my surprise they have guided me with wonderful in figuring out what was the issue with bad cartridge. They had also have given me a full replacement set at fastest possible delivery in order to compensate wasted time in troubleshooting bad cartridge. The ink quality is very good and my printer - officejet 4630 detected it to be compatible and worked alright. I review it further once I get an estimate of total printed papers per cartridge.

I ordered x2 black ink cartridges. One worked perfectly, the other did not and came up with an error message. However, the company were easy to get in touch with and helped me resolve the problem via chat. It was quick to resolve and they were very helpful. I would recommend ordering from this company as they're so speedy replying if there is an issue!

Got two ,one was faulty but contacted support and they sent me replacement with next day delivery. They could not have been more helpful.

Encantado estoy. Ningún problema al insertarlos, detectados a la primera y una calidad de impresión exacta a los cartuchos originales de HP, pero con un precio más asequible. Sin duda volveré a comprarlos.. Muy muy recomendables.
