This cover is so easy to fit. It makes ironing days go like a breeze. It speeds up the time it takes to iron a shirt. I just need to pass over it once. This could be because of the thick 8mm foam layer. I use a steam generator iron so the shots of steam are very strong, but yet, no leaking which I love very much. No more wet carpet! Great Brabantia ironing board cover. The only con is that I would have loved a brighter floral cover.

I replace our ironing board covers if they form a hole over time. These Brabanta covers are easy to fit, hard wearing and work well. Check the size before ordering.

It gives off an unpleasant smell for a day or two after unwrapping it, but apart from that it is great in all respects. It looks shiny and clean (for now), it is easy to install on a board atop the 8mm felt padding of the same brand, and it has improved my ironing experience.

My previous Brabantia ironing board cover had lasted for well over 10 years despite lots of use. To save a few pounds I bought a cheaper replacement ironing board cover from another manufacturer, and instantly regretted it. If you want a sturdy, well-padded, well-fitting, long-lasting replacement cover for your Brabantia ironing board, then this is the cover for you! The additional cost is well worth it.

The old board was getting very thin on top, so we got this. It has given it a new lease of life. Shirts come out smooth (no cross cross imprints from the board itself).Looks good as well.We just put this over the old one - as my wife chose not to take it off… and it works well!

Fits well enough and does the job but the size D "grey" version, is just a thin metalized perforated cover not a patterned cover as pictured. Amazon need to update description of this item, that said it looks quite smart after fitting!
