This works just as explained. It’s easy to fit and adjust. I just wish there is and option to purchase a heavier weight if you wanted may smith .5 or 1lb additional would be nice But absolutely a great buy

Super easy to put together and use. It is sturdy, good quality for the price.I thought the weight gliding around would be soother. It moves fine but sounds very little rickety, like an old wooden roller coaster. But I'm pleased with it. First 5 minute use and I could feel every ab muscle.

HORRIBLE!!! THE BALL DOES NOT GO AROUND FREELY!! I WOULD HAVE SENT IT BACK BUT WASNT SURE HOW TO DO IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! THIS IS WORTHLESS!!! AND IT COST ME OVER $33.00!!! I'M ON A FIXED INCOME....I SHOULD KNOW BETTER!!!

Provides a good workout. Has extra links if you need more room for your waist. Haven’t used it enough yet to notice any weight loss but hope to see a difference in time. Does take some getting used to to keep the weight spinning.

I purchased this product in January of 2024. After just 6 months of use the gear fell apart. In August of 2024 I purchased a replacement part. In just 2 1/2 months that has also broke. I am definitely looking to replace this product, but with a different manufacturer.
