Great product. High in right minerals. I can just add salt as needed for sodium. Stated using it in my water fasting and it worked great in keeping my hunger away. Before I was getting muscle cramps at end of day 1 of water fasting, that went away. I use it now once in the morning during my intermittent fasting. Also when doing water fasting.

This product contains high quality ingredients and will be a big help in fasting and workout activity.

I have been using for a while now and this seems like a near perfect electrolyte. Dr Ekberg Has been a great source of information on health and nutrition and this product delivers good nutrition. It is amazing how little is needed to be effective. I am looking forward to using this on multi-day bikepacking and backpacking trips. I can carry all the electrolytes I need easily now. One star off for being so expensive like all electrolytes. Despite that, I would argue it is a better value than others.

Having watched his very informative You Tube videos, and personally alternating between a ketogenic and carnivore diet at the age of 75, this product solves my concerns regarding any needs one may have for adequate electrolytes.

I have been taking magnesium supplements for years. I live in the tropics and play tennis and sweat like crazy. Since taking this my sweating has reduced significantly which tells me I may have been deficient in magnesium and maybe other minerals as well..

Seems to be working as advertised.
