Very flavorful and I like that it is a low sodium… Being low sodium does nothing to affect the flavor… It is a very deep and rich, soy flavor and I like using this one when I need to add quite a bit of soy sauce to a dish I am cooking.

Less salt can mean 5% less or what ever-- not low sodium
Tried this as a dip for soup dumplings. Normally use a local "low sodum" Korean BBQ restaurant offering. This is dark liquid salt!!!! It is labeled as, less, may subtract 5 or 10 % from 100% and, you have less . Normally soy sauce,from any brewer, has a certain "umami" flavor, that enhances food--- this had the flavor of SALT!!! To not waste, I will use 1/4, what I might use, to season a soup, next time I make one, and see if that will work.-------------- I will let you all know who read this---
