Q: Does this contain silicone?

I don't believe so. One sprays it on the seals and it is a foam. One wipes it off with a towel and there is no silicone type residue. If some gets on the paint of the RV it does not stain or leave any residue. It does make the seals look good which I believe conditions them.

Q: Is 3X Chemicals still in business? I see all sellers of their products have them listed as discontinued.

I don’t know if that true I did purchase here on Amazon 4 months ago and received my order

Q: would this be good for wiper blades ?

It may be to oily to use on the wipers

Q: How do you get the the inside of the slide out seal?

I just coated as much of the seal as I could, then coated the surfaces that the seal slides against so the conditioner would work its way in.
