This is the best shower experience I've had. I love the push button valves with the ability to easily switch between rainfall shower head, body jets or hand wand or use any combination of the three simultaneously. The rainfall shower head water flow is fantastic, not just a sprinkle but a downpour.No matter how great the system is, the thing that most impressed me is the customer service. After installing the shower system, I discovered the body jets would not turn off using the press button valve. I removed the valve, checked for obstruction but found none. I contacted Bostingner customer service, explained the problem. They responded to me within hours to inform me they were shipping a replacement valve and then the next day, informed me they would send 3 replacement valves so I would have spares in the event any of the other three developed a problem. Top notch and beyond my expectations.The replacement valve soon arrived, and it works perfectly. Whenever I move, I'll install this same system in my new home. Love it!

I took a chance and bought this shower system 4 years ago now for a new shower remodel. I was hopeful the description of “all metal components” were legit and much to my surprise, they were. This has been a FANTASTIC system. My plumber said it was a little tricky to install but not too bad. No question I would buy this shower system again in a heartbeat.

I purchased two of these systems last year, in Aug, at the beginning of a big construction project- a 1000 sqft addition on our home. With delays and other unforseeables, we only just installed the shower systems last week and are still not completely finished. The install was easy and the pressure is amazing. The aesthetics are also amazing - they are perfect for the farmhouse chic look we’re going for. But what thrilled me even more, was the company. After installing, we realized we could not find the finish ring for one of the main heads. I reached out to the company, 10 months after the purchase, and received an immediate response, with tracking info and a message the replacement was on its way! They didn’t have to do that, but keeping their customer happy was the most important thing to them and that meant the world to me. Look into this company’s products if you’re looking for quality products for great prices and superb customer service. You won’t be disappointed.

Very disappointed in this product, knob constantly falls off even when tightening the hex screw. There is a cheap plastic piece where there should be metal.
