I love this cream powder but I don't need such a dark color... the effect is definitely fading

I may have received an inferior container of this tinted liquid sunscreen because its very very watery. In my first many attempts to use it, I shook the tube vigorously but it did no good, as only clear watery liquid came out--making a mess. Today, I finally squeezed out as much of the watery substance as possible until it ran with a light smooth consistency. Applying it for the first time with what seemed normal consistency, it covered nicely and I was pleased with it. I gave it 2 stars because once the watery substance was drained, it did work nicely and the finish was smooth and silky. Disappointing though due to the cost, waste factor, and 2 ingredients of questionable safety, octinoxate and octocrylene. Will not purchase again.
