Bought these to help with snoring, found only one was comfortable but none of them really worked in reducing the snoring noise level. Also struggled to keep them in place throughout the night which meant quite a lot of them have gone missing throughout the night never to be seen again.

The rings with magnets didn't work for me, currently using the tubes, which are joined together to fit in the nose, helps my nasal breathing, feels a bit strange at first, but useable . Came out a couple of times but there are slight variations in size for a better fit. Only a week use so far but they are helping me get a better night's sleep with less disturbances
