Really enjoy the perfect curve and stretch this gives. I struggle with terrible neck and shoulder swelling and tightness. I was just disappointed that a part of the ice/heat pack leaked out. I'm not even sure how or when. It was just went flat one day. It seemed to of good quality and sturdy but maybe it going in and out of the freezer and attached to stretcher wore it quickly.

This was painful to use at first. I checked with my chiropractor and he said to try it with caution. It probably works well but I haven’t used it often since we’ve been working on a pinched nerve

This is great for neck pain relief. The cool/heat pack is also a nice touch. Decompress your neck while relaxing with this.
