Have had it for just over a year and have had no problems. Can play just about anything and have no glitches or input lagging.

Works perfectly. Super quiet. 63c was highest temp so far. Comes with support bracket. Actual clock speed is the same as all the other msi 4070 cards. Product description is wrong. 4070 cards should be cheaper. It should be 549 like most of the other cards. Nothing special about the slim. It's not really any slimmer. Tldr. Works great, quiet, stays cool, overpriced like every other 4070.

Up top, i have no point of reference to compare this to. This being my first GPU for my first ever PC build I feel like I didn’t necessarily cheap out and I feel like I got the most out of my money on this component. It doesn’t struggle with anything especially if I dial down the visual fidelity which isn’t the most important thing to me. This is a good price for a mid-range modern GPU that will run modern games well and is easy to install and remove for maintenance. I haven’t noticed any noise that’s louder than the case fans or AIO fans. The card fits easily in an ATX mid tower with some room to spare. I’m not a huge fan of the RGB light on the side as I was trying to avoid those kind of features in the build but I don’t take any points off for that.

This card was simple to install, aside from the support bracket which came with no clear directions, however it was obvious how it needed to be mounted.. I assumed there might be a notch to center the support however the little foam pad, well, it just rests on the card and the best course of action is to slowly torque the mounting screws one by one and make sure the card is perfectly level and contacting the support as you tighten the screws on the support mount and especially the GPU mount holes. I dont see it being an issue. The massive CPU AK620 cooler on my Ryzen 9 is even more ungodly huge with hanging weight! This was a fun build and no issues once I updated the newer driver through NVIDIA. The fans are super quiet even under 100% use with Stable Diffusion and AI being run locally. If I had one wish, it would be more VRAM as some of the AI models I load are HUGE. I have 64 GBS of system RAM and I fill it with language models and the GPU goes from there. As far as gaming goes, Im not a huge gamer but this should run anything at ultra or near ultra that I play. Resident Evil 4 remake runs on ULTRA and looks amazing so thats the newest thing I can compliment. The price is quite insane, however if you have the money to build a machine that is future proof for years, dont cheap out.. just go for it. I got rid of a 3060 MSI card which also had 12 GB of VRAM for this and I notice a huge difference in rendering speeds just from the faster clock speeds.

I replaced my evga 3060 for this and it fits perfect with the phantek case plenty of room and easy installation. The temperatures are way cooler than my 3060 plus more fps.
