I purchased the 8FT Folding Balance Beam -Gymnastics Floor Beam -Gymnastics Equipment for Kids for my niece who is a budding gymnast. She loves it! With its wood core and anti-slip bottom, it is sturdy and perfect for any surface. It also folds in half and comes with its own carrying bag which makes it convenient to take with you when your travel. It offers many designs to choose from.

Ease of use is perfect for children to set out and then put away. The girls love balancing games & competitions, and low to the ground so no worries of falling too far.

Ours did not come with the storage bag so one star off for incomplete product packaging. Very nice for a practice balance beam at home. Best on hard surface, less stable on carpet as it’s not very heavy.

I ordered it later than I should but it still arrived in time for Christmas. My granddaughter loved it and when her physical therapist came to her house - so did the therapist! She asked my daughter if she could get the ordering information from me so that she could order one for herself. She told my daughter that the balance beam would be useful when visiting other children to do therapy with them.

Item as described

This product is as shown. The size is acceptable for younger children (ours is ten and still uses it). You literally just take it out of the bag and unfold it so it’s easy to set up and take down. The wood has sufficient padding on it that we aren’t worried about falls or injuries. Makes it more comfortable on the feet and on the parents mind. Over al it’s built well for a practice beam and works as advertised.

My daughter received this as a Christmas present and loves it! It is not far off the ground so you don't have to worry about them falling off and it stores nicely when not in use

Need to put it on hard surface to work. Can't use it in grass or it tips over.
