This is an awesome product. I took it with me every week to chemotherapy treatments afterwards I used it as a great product to take while I was teaching church classes, perfect size.

I can not say enough about how perfect this bag is. It is sturdy, roomy, and convenient. Not to mention it's cute! I am a teacher and all the teacher things have a space. My tumblers fit easily on the side pockets. The charger is an added bonus. The only thing I didn't like is that the snap for the front flap broke off about a month or so after I got it. But, I don't put anything in the small space that it covers anyway and you can't tell it's broken unless you lift up the flap.

This bag is just about perfect! It’s a great size - not too small, not too big. I can use it for running errands (I put a small waterproof handle bag inside for a small grocery run), or load up my laptop to work outside/at a cafe. It’s got just the right amount of pockets and organization. Extra love that the two side pockets expand and can fit an actual water bottle! (Have had similar bags with dinky, unusable side pockets.) I’m a bit of a bag snob and get particular about bags being both functional and aesthetically pleasing - this one fits the bill! Not one bit disappointed!

Love this backpack for travel. It opens from the top which makes its easier to find everything you need. It’s a great size and the material is heavy. Still has some zippered compartments and a zippered pocket along the backside for your passport or wallet security!

Good book bag. Like the style and color. Smaller than expected can’t fit too much stuff in it. Good for laptop and a few other small items.

I bought the 14" version and it's perfect for a petite frame. It can fit my 13.5" laptop, an E-Reader, notebooks, and miscellaneous items in an organized fashion. Interior pockets include: laptop, tablet, 2 mesh bottle holders (could be used for battery pack on one side), large zip pocket, 2 cellphone sized pockets, and 2 pen sleeves. Outside, there are two water bottle pockets, a hidden security zipped compartment that is against your back. There are 3 zipped pockets on the exterior to further keep you organized. I'm so impressed by the thoughtful design & functionality of the backpack. The clamshell style open top allows for ease of access and full visibility to all your items. My backpack dream came true. LOL

I bought this to be used as a doggie bag for my sister. I noticed her doggie bag is a mess and looks like she just dump everything in the bag. This was a PERFECT solution for her because it had so many different compartments!!! I customized the bag for her so she can get an idea on the functionality. I bought some doggie bowls and put that in the front compartment. I also bought a re-usable silicone bag for the dog food and I put that in the laptop compartment. Then, another re-usable silicone bag for the treats and put that in the compartment in front of the laptop. For the napkin holder, I used that for dog wipes instead since she’s always wiping her dogs paws because she’s spoiled like that. The other side pocket is for her water bottle. I had her poop bags attached to the handle for easy access. There’s also a very convenient USB charging since my sister is attached to her phone. Lol. I love the anti-theft pocket in the back of the bag. Plus, there’s more compartments that she can customize to her liking and it’s soooooo roomy!!! She can add dog toys, clothes, pee pads, and more. I was thinking of buying her a bag meant for dogs but I didn’t like how they looked. I thought this was a better option based on her needs. It’s also much more stylish, discreet for a doggie bag, and I highly recommend it!!! She’s already using it.

Best features: side picket for your phone and the wire enforced rectangular opening. I bought this bag for business trips. I wanted a lap top carrier that didn’t look like a school backpack. The fabric is super sturdy. Unlike my coach tote, I don’t worry then I put it under the seat on a plane. It also holds quite a bit of stuff without crushing anything. The one thing I dislike is the fake leather front pocket with magnet. It catches on almost everything and scrunches up. It’s already a little worn on the edges after one use so it would be better not to have it. Improvements needed: front flap and back strap for securing to a suitcase. The strap could be thicker and 1/4 mm looser.
