Simple, but a good little monitor
After a heart attack, I was told that my blood glucose was very high, & I had an old meter, but I couldn’t get strips for it any longer, & needed something to monitor my levels. It is so easy to use, and is very quick to read. I was a little confused, because the instructions said there was test drops included, but actually sold separately. I am glad it came with a lancing device & case, but I actually have a metal case that I carry my blood pressure cuff in, as well. It will connect to the iHealth app, as well as the iHealth glucose app. I switch between them both. A good device, for the reasonable cost.

My first (and second) Glucometers and I love them
This is the first and second Glucometer I have purchased and used on myself. Not my first one I have used and not my first one to buy stuff for. Honestly I have used or been around 50% of the big name brand insurance provided, drugstore sourced or doctor recommended ones available in the last few decades and knowing this day was coming I have had my eye on these compact user friendly inexpensive smart monitors for a few years. Fast forward to needing one and I bought one of these on a steal of a sale confirmed I needed it and talked with my health care professional and he approved of it so when it was on sale again I bought a second. Honestly it was as cheap to get a second than order a refill and so far the refills are cheaper and easier to get than the ones for other family members. Its super easy to use and compact, the supplies are great, the lance works fine and is easily adjustable, and the charge life on the meter is good. So much nicer than having fancy batteries or proprietary chargers, or even regular AA or AAA batteries that you run out of since nothing uses them. Numbers match meter to meter over the 2 I have and match what my labs show. Its not 100% the perfect solution, but super useful. If they made a slightly bigger slightly better carrying pouch I wouldn't complain (move the strap at the bottom towards the zipper side and I can fit the lance better and keep the little tube for the test strips in all the time) especially if they came up with a way to store some of the lancets in it other than a zip lock baggie in the stretchy pouch or buying a separate container. I love the USB charging, but it would be 11% better if it was USB-C because nearly everything else I have is. The app was a pain to pair with the first meter at first and I don't know why I did everything in the instructions but when I tried again 2 days later it worked flawlessly and so did the second meter. It would be nice to be able to track your own labels like "In the middle of breakfast" or "after taking my xyz" and if it had an easy to use food log, or optional configurable reminders to pop up a notification 2 hrs later to take the "after breakfast" reading but that's asking a lot for this price. If your on the fence just buy one, its compact easy to use and has memory and a simple display on the device so if you are busy and not able to link it you can just take your readings and record them later.

iHealth Gluco+ Wireless Smart Blood Glucose Monitor Kit
Convenient, Accurate, and Smart Glucose Monitor for Everyday Use The iHealth Gluco+ Wireless Smart Blood Glucose Monitor Kit is a great all-in-one solution for anyone who needs to regularly monitor their blood sugar levels at home or while traveling. This kit includes everything you need to get started — 100 test strips, 100 lancets, a lancing device, and the Gluco+ smart monitor — all packaged neatly and ready for use. The setup process was easy and intuitive, with clear instructions and quick Bluetooth pairing to the free iHealth app. One of the biggest advantages of this system is how seamlessly it integrates with the mobile app. Every reading is automatically stored and displayed in easy-to-read charts, which makes tracking trends over time simple and convenient. The app also allows you to log meals, exercise, and medication, providing a more complete picture of your daily routine and how it affects your glucose levels. Being able to share data directly with your doctor or caregiver through the app is another very practical feature that adds real value. In terms of performance, the readings are consistently accurate and reliable. The test strips work quickly, requiring only a small drop of blood, and the results are ready within seconds. The meter itself has a clean, compact design and fits comfortably in the hand. It’s lightweight and portable, making it perfect for keeping in a travel bag, purse, or car. For those who like a more modern, tech-integrated approach to health monitoring, the wireless connection and data syncing features are a major step up from traditional glucometers. However, the product isn’t without a few minor flaws. The Bluetooth connection can sometimes be inconsistent — on rare occasions, it requires restarting the app or re-pairing the device to sync data properly. While not a deal-breaker, it can be slightly annoying if you’re testing frequently. The lancing device also feels a bit on the cheaper side compared to more premium models; it works well enough but could benefit from a sturdier build and more precise depth adjustment. Despite these small drawbacks, the iHealth Gluco+ remains an impressive and reliable glucose monitoring kit that combines convenience, technology, and accuracy in one package. The included supplies alone make it a great value, and the smart app features make managing and understanding your blood sugar much easier. Overall, I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars. It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for a modern, portable, and easy-to-use blood glucose monitoring system, with just a few areas that could use refinement.

Convenient! Worth the price
This thing has save me so much time! Not having to write down or log my numbers is amazing! Not only that but I haven’t had to charge it since the first time I charged it. I got the control liquid and it’s super accurate! A bit expensive but worth it. So slim and easily fits in my purse no problem! Love it.

Accurate and affordable!
This was a life saver during my pregnancy after getting diagnosed with GD and needing to check my sugars. My insurance unfortunately did not cover anything and what I was finding in stores was not cheap so finding this was already a money saver although I was a little skeptical at its accuracy with the price but it worked perfectly! I love that it saves all your data in the app and I could send it over to my doctor. The lancet device that it comes with has a few different levels and made it to where I found the perfect one that didn’t hurt my fingers when pricking them. After downloading the app and connecting it via Bluetooth to the device it was easy!

This thing stinks
I was excited to use this device, but quickly found out it was not what I expected. While the device itself works fine, and I like that it syncs with an app, the accuracy is trash. It had my daily fasted glucose numbers in the 50's, putting me at borderline hypoglycemic, which I am not. After purchasing a separate monitor from a different company, I was relieved to see that my FBG was at 89, which is correct. Also, the iHealth device does NOT come with testing solution, making it impossible to test the accuracy. Would not recommend for anyone trying to accurately track their glucose.
