It was a lot of work building this car, but I had a lot of fun doing it. I broke many more pieces with this one compared to the other two Rolife models I did, but having superglue helps! Some of the directions in the instructions were hard to see that I need a magnifying glass. Some of the pieces may keep falling out, so use superglue. The quality of the wood is much better than that of the Tower Bridge I did from Rolife, but they still were susceptible to breaking. The design is pretty awesome. Worth money spending!

The kit is very nice. The directions are very easy to read. ROKR puts out a great product!

Overall fun to build. However, even though it says “no glue needed”, it’s still a good idea to have some wood glue handy. I needed to use a fine tipped paint brush to lightly glue a few pieces, that didn’t have a spare part, back together, the lanterns and a few pieces on the bottom and back were just loose enough that they kept falling apart. That said, it was an addictive process. Therapeutically, it’s a great exercise in focusing, problem solving and self awareness as you need to pay attention to how you’re feeling and learning when to step away from things when they feel frustrating.

Just completed it and it looks very good. Nice but not too challenging to put together. Does require some glue but not a big deal. They give plenty of spare delicate pieces. Looks great after completing.

Fun to build, amazing precision. Use needle nose pliers for handling the tiniest parts and be careful of applying too much pressure as parts can break. If you lightly sand the edges of the tabs they slide into the slots easier.

It was entertaining to put together. The end product was so nice that ordered another one.

I like the 1922 car model. The guided instructions are not the best, somewhat confusing and not clearly defined. The wood pieces are quite thin and fragile. I had a number of pieces break while assembling. I glued every piece as I put it together. I'm at the point where I'm more than halfway completed. I have to assemble the wheels and top of the car. Interesting project. Would be better with better instructions. Very intricate model. I plan on painting it as well. When I complete it I will upload a photo of the finished product.

This was a really nice puzzle to do. A beautiful car and a lot of fun to make. The parts are extremely well made and precise. I would not attempt to do these puzzles solely by pushing the parts out. I advise using a modeling knife. Some of the pieces are extremely delicate. The puzzle has lots of spare parts for the more finer pieces.

I found this model car to be very detailed and everything fit together perfectly. A few of the pieces especially the flexible parts were quite fragile. This was my first attempt at wooden models so I had a bit of of learning curve assembling it. You really need to pay attention to the fine print in the instructions. I have ordered another model based on my successful attempt here.

Good fun putting it together and the end result is pretty sweet too. A little pricey for some laser cut plywood but hey what can you do lol. I powered through this one in 4 days. The last one I did, the military jeep, took me much longer.

I love these wooden puzzles and have done many in the past. The instructions were easy to follow and the end result it amazing!
