The sound quality is ok and the mic seems to be fine when adjusted properly but after 2 weeks the speaker though connected with the phone does not give sound in the right ear bud. Both the buds lost pairing with each other and start functioning as separate ear buds. So both buds stopped working with the same source, you will get sound only in one bud though they will both show as connected.Releasing a product without doing proper testing. This is like free testing by actual customer and service centres are so less and far off you will let it go as nothing will get resolved in a single visit.Replaced product: This too developed the same issue after 2 weeks.Piece of crap. DO NOT BUY

I am really impressed with its sound quality.It has excellent sound Quality and Crystal Clear voice calls.3 EQ Mode makes this product Awesome.Battery Backup is Excellent. You can Use 5-8 days in a single charge. Noise cancellation features works fine.Touch control works perfectly.This Earbud fits in ear comfortably.The best thing is that it can be connect with two devices at the same time like laptop and mobile and can be enjoyed music from both devices.Finally Awesome Product in this Price range.

I had purchased Truke Clarity 5 recently. The reason for buying this buds is lots of positive feedback and being an Indian brand. No doubt it's sound clarity is really good and it's really good call feature. But unfortunately within 10days left side of the buds stopped working. Since it was in warranty period I gave the buds in service center where I have been told that it will take 15 days to get it resolved. But after 15 when I inquired with service center they said not yet received. When I inquired from truke customer care they are not sure how long it will take to get it resolved. If this kind of after sales service Truke is going to provide there is no point of buying this brand product. 3 star given for sound and call quality for after sales service 1 star.
