Buyer Beware - Weight Limit on Wheels
The bike itself arrived on time and was ok to assemble. It wasn't the easiest but it wasn't the hardest either. Although the description notes that this bike fits people from 5'6"-6" tall, what it does not state is there is a max weight limit of 175lbs on the wheels. This caused our family many issues and weeks of working with Hiland and Amazon without a great outcome. At the end, we had to purchase new rims and tires and have professionally installed with a minimal refund from company and with no help from Amazon. The price of this exceeded the price of the bike. Now that son can ride the bike, he likes it. Just want others to know of the weight limit so they don't have to go through the same hassles I did and make an informed decision as to whether or not they need to purchase something different or know they may have to purchase different tires.

The bike is damaged!
The crank of the pedal has scratch on it! I can’t believe the quality of it is so bad

Excellent Customer Service, Solid Bike
I have bought this bike twice and both times have been great experiences! The first bike served me very well until I got into an accident which broke it. When I ordered the second bike it was unfortunately damaged in transit but the customer service was excellent and I was given a refund within 30 minutes of reporting the issue. All in all I highly recommend this bike!

Garbage, Low Quality Parts. Don’t waste your money
I got this for my son on his 15th birthday. The first time he rode it the rear tire popped. Absolute garbage, I paid for an assembly just for this to happen to it.
