Q: What's the difference between the president and captain boot?

The Captain has a toe cap, hooks for the top 2 laces, and are made in mexico. The president has no toe cap, no lace hooks, and are made in the USA

Q: Any overhead pics? Need a better sense of the toe shape. Thanks.

Q: Is this boot able to be resoled and is it durable enough to last that long?

Yes and one issue I've had is that I've torn the toe of my sole. I haven't bothered re-soling them yet because they aren't too bad. I love the boots though and have 3 pairs. I wear the daily and have no problems at all.
