Love this product! I didn’t know what to expect because I’ve never tried flax or chia seeds before. Started a new diet to increase my protein and fiber intake and came across this product. It’s so easy to use and has no taste making it easy to incorporate with with any food. Easy way to get those nutrients in. Recommend!

Definitely worth the price.. definitely a good addition to one’s diet, they make smoothies and drinks taste so much better. These chia seeds add a lot fiber and protein to one’s meals and smoothies.

Great seed mix and it is polverized which makes it better. I sprinkle it on my uices and smoothies. Also in my yogurt. I love it. Texture is powdery and grainy. The price was excellent.

I have been increasing my Omega 3 levels . I love the taste easy to mix into salads, oatmeal, cereal, and smoothies. I like it better than the flaxseed oil. More convenient.I also give this to my horse and he has less hives, summer sores, and his coat is shiny. I like the individual packets. I read that once opened it loses quality fast.

The nut quality is very good. Smells and taste nice. I got it for the combination of nuts to-gather and the health benefits it supplies. It was packaged in a sealed bag which was easy to read. Clean seeds. Great variety and value for the money. I didn’t get it for the protein content.
