Nice stuff. The 1/4" gasket is two 1/8? gaskets sewed together (which is probably fine) so I was able to separate them. Only time will tell if the tape holds. I did wire brush the doors before applying new gasket.

(1" x 1/4" size) Very easy to install, especially in cramped conditions. I used this to seal the flue gate in my chimney to keep air coming down the chimney and into the room. Thickness is good and the seal seems to be working to keep cold air and odors out. Much better than using a separate gasket tape and high temperature cement - I used that method two previous times and it was an awful chore. The peel and stick tape made the installation the shortest part of the task (rest of the time was cleaning!)
