I'm doing watery Reptiboost every night (my leo can't drink, so this is his hydration), except every three or four nights I'm doing Reptiboost + Repashy Grub Pie, also runny. It seems like the Grub Pie is more suited to a leopard gecko's diet, but it gives him the runs, so that's why I space it out. He is slowly gaining weight again, I've been at this for a little over two weeks. My vet told me to frequently put a gut loaded insect into his mouth, she suggested crickets. That's not possible for me, because his mouth is in too much pain. She suggested the use of a "turtle stick" for opening his mouth.

Not really, its meant to be an emergency food, sort of like powdered formula. Its better to dust with a vitamin supplement meant for your reptile.
