Replacement
Hello, I purchased a Vega hair straightener last month. The product is defective — it does not heat evenly and does not iron the hair. The customer care number and email given on the box are not working, so I cannot get any help from the brand. Since the product is faulty and the customer care is invalid, I request a replacement or refund. Please help me with a solution.
