I’m never buying name brand Tums again!! Not only are these cheaper then Tums you get more more bang for your buck, they actually work, and they help with gas relief. Which is a huge plus for me since I sound like a 50 year old man with no manners after I eat. When I burp it sounds like a fog horn, just to make sure you have the full picture, I’m a 26 year old woman who does have manners! Anyway I have one container in my vehicle, one in my husbands, and one in our house. Can’t say enough good about this brand!

These are weirdly delicious. Seriously. I have to stop myself from eating them just because they taste like really good candy. They do not taste anything like the normal chalky tablets. I mostly take antacids preventatively when I eat dinner late in the evening, so it’s a little hard for me to judge their effectiveness. I can say, every night I’ve taken them before bed I have not been woken up by acid reflux. Based on that, I’d say they work just as well, if not better than Tums. And they taste infinitely better.

Works great at relieving heartburn fast. Usually by the time i have finished chewing the two or three I can feel a noticeable difference. I usually wake up in the early morning with heartburn, so being able to grab two of these real quick to chew on while dozing back off really helps. They aren't the greatest tasting, but that's with them being compared to regular candy. They taste a lot like mentos but they have a slight berry medicine taste with a little bit of chalk. Them being a medicine they taste very good so make sure to keep them out of reach of children, because they could easily be mistaken for candy.

These are perfect. They do what they say they will, taste fine, and have a great texture. Value for money is excellent. As luck would have it my living situation made me have more digestive distress than usual the first time I bought these and I ended up going through the whole bottle in fewer than like six weeks. I suspect if you're a normal person who only rarely has gastrointestinal problems the bottle will last for ages. Definitely good to have in your medicine cabinet!

This is the best tasting 'medicine' yet! These chewable antacid tablets taste more like candy than medicine. They work as advertised, and are made in America (Mooresville, NC). These are now my go-to antacid tablets, but I will also be using them as my calcium supplement. The active ingredient is calcium carbonate. Calculate your number of chewable tablets based on the number of IUs you require, and do away with those bulky calcium pills you're swallowing every day.

Well, I don't particularly find these to be very effective for me. I get heartburn sometimes, not intense, but its bothersome sometimes. These seemed to do very little to change that, if anything at all. They taste great though. They also might hurt some jaws biting down on them. They're not hard, but they're certainly not as soft as you might expect and their size is right for me to cause a problem when you first bite down on them. *EDIT - Since the reviews for both the regular antacid chews and the antacid + gas chews are all rolled into 1, I'm adding that I saw little to no difference with the + gas chews from the regular chews. They both taste great though. Could eat them like candy, but probably shouldn't.

I’m ginormously pregnant and breathing fire 24/7, so I was literally waiting at the door for these to be delivered. I’m the kind of person who doesn’t even like to take aspirin. I usually just drink milk to help with my heartburn, but in the middle of the night when my reflux is making me physically ill, these things are a lifesaver. They taste awesome! Way better than the name brand equivalent, which are gross and make me even more nauseated. Highly recommend.
