These work really well and they are much cheaper than the bras I was going to buy to wear with tank tops. The only issue is that I have yet to figure out how to clip them and move them up and down on the straps by myself. Thankfully my husband has been around to help each time

I bought a lovely shirt and had to use this clip and another bra altering device to wear it and then still had to pin my shirt so no one could see my bra. So, in short, these clips do their job. I can't review its longevity since I've only used it once, but these are worthy items to have in your wardrobe.
