Update as on April 2025: I would like to place on record that despite the very late support, I have finally received the spare parts for the damaged clippers. I had used this grooming unit regularly for less than a year and the trimmer attachment got damaged. Worst part was they were not helping me get the spare despite all my follow ups. I wrote to their support desk ( website said hongkong based) and they directed me to their Bangalore centre which was worse. They did not respond until after mutiple messages and that too with a pathetic we don't have this part we have to procure it...it's been over two months and i still haven't heard from them.Bottomline ...Buy at your own risk!!!

Clipper spring broke within a month and spares were not available. The seller is also non-responsive.
